This is Sammi’s bed. As you can see, I was unable to wait seven whole days, so that we could see how big she is, before I went out to buy her toys. They might be too big for her, or too small, but at least she won’t be coming home to an empty bed!

Just a size comparison to show you how big Smokey’s bed is. Sammi’s kennel will fit her from puppyhood to when she is fully grown. (I am basing this on how big my father’s dog, Joey, is, joey’s mom and dad are Sammi’s mom and dad, too!)

Smokey is extremly interested now that the kennel is filled with things. She is certain the pink plushy puppy is for her, and will sit and whine at the bedroom door when it is closed. I’m a little worried about Smokey feeling overly possessive of things once Sammi comes home to stay. Any advice on that? Or on introducing Sammi and Smokey?
Friday is the big day!
As I write this, Smokey is laying in herĀ little bed, eyes fighting to stay open, with one paw on her new rawhide bone. She has no idea that in just one weeks time, there will be a scrappy little puppy trying to steal all of her treats and nomming on her tail. This makes me LOL.
This morning Blake had his daily vitamin only to toss his cookies five minutes later. Logan, apparently has never seen someone puke from both their mouth and nose at the same time, and spent the rest of the day spontaneously pretending to upchuck through his nose. This makes me LOL
I have been holding the cat’s paw captive at random times throughout the day, trying to entice her into biting me. Not because I LIKE being bitten, but becuase she has horrible aim and ends up biting herself. This Makes me LOL
Nobody has been a loyal Dish Network Customer for12 years. he has spent thousands and thousands of dollars on their equipment and programming fees, and yet, they treat him like dirt. This does NOT make me LOL.
- In Six day we get Sammi. Next Friday. I.CAN’T.WAIT.
- Blake has the flu.
- Parker had it on Monday.
- As long as I don’t get it, I’m OK co-existing with the germs.

- I also did not buy Sammi one of the zillion freaking adorable costumes Wal*Mart has on sale for $9.
- Once I have Sammi’s squiggly little puppy body in my arms (SIX DAYS!) I will go back and get one.
- Witch, Pumpkin, or Pirate? Or maybe the Fairy with wings?
- I got some stuff for Christmas while I was there.
- Long sleeved shirts, COOL long sleeved shirts on for $6. Bargain!
- HOLY SHIT!!!! SIX DAYS!
- Sorry. Kinda preoccupied.
Does this picture look OK? I’m kinda worried, because he has no shirt on, that it looks a little…skeevy. What do you think?

My boys.
They look like their Daddy, But they think Like Their Momma!

Not exactly what I wanted to see at 7 in the morning….
I’m taking the day (night) off.
A personal day they call it - and by they I mean all them people who work at jobs and, uhm, Stuff.
Most of my personal day time will be spent watching the clock, waiting for the numbers to hit 3Pm so I can go and pick all THREE boys up from school.
Uhm also? It’s been nine years since I have had alone time. Just ME time. Tomorrow from 12:30 t0 3PM I will be all alone. I forget what people do when they are alone.
