@Robin – empty roads tend to do that to me too, especially after dealing with traffic. after driving through the city, getting to the highway is always nice

@metalmom – I was worried the bathtub shot was too dark, but micah liked that one. Ima post both this shot and the other one I considered on facebook later today

I find the ocean calming. I think it is the steady rhythm of the wave that tends to slow down my breathing and even when there are people around, the sheer size of the ocean seems to suck the noise away.

It’s funny, the drive before that was anything but calm. I was on the highway and trying not to die. Then I pulled off the highway early to take sideroads and I felt much more calm.
