Oh Hia!

I want you all to know that right now, as I type this, I’m being insidiously tortured by my own body. And also that I spelt insidiously right on my very first try – at least, according to my spell check.

Once again, I have an itch – although, thanks to Nobody’s help and an antihistamine tablet I got rid of yesterdays itch within 20 minutes.

No, today’s itch is much, much worse. Worse becuase it’s a pimple disguised as an itch. You ever get those? It suddenly appeared after my bath, right beside my eyebrow. I didn’t even know it was there until I went to scratch my “itch”, as soon as my finger touched it, my face was engulfed in fiery, red hot pain and I fell to the floor sobbing. OK, I may be exaggerating a wee bit, but it does hurt, quite a bit actually, but only when I touch it.  The worst part is I KEEP SCRATCHING IT. After the twentieth time or so, one would think I could remember NOT to do it!

I quite obviously suck.

Although…. maybe not, I DID spell a big word properly all by myself. That’s got to count for something, right? RIGHT??

  10. I had one of those pimples, right on my temple. My fiancee decided to pop it, and as a result I punched him in the face…hahah. That damn sucker kills though!! Even today :(

  12. I have had chronic urticaria (hives) for 16 years now – itching, I can relate to.

    Hives that make your skin bruise and itches that you catch yourself thinking you could get to (if you could use a fork), I understand.

    My sympathies.
