Taking a Personal Day

I’m taking the day (night) off.

A personal day they call it - and by they I mean all them people who work at jobs and, uhm, Stuff.

Most of my personal day time will be spent watching the clock, waiting for the numbers to hit 3Pm so I can go and pick all THREE boys up from school.

Uhm also? It’s been nine years since I have had alone time. Just ME time. Tomorrow from 12:30 t0 3PM I will be all alone. I forget what people do when they are alone.

  11. Having the house all to myself happens so rarely, I usually spend the two hours trying to remember all the things I always promise myself I’ll do when I have the house all to myself. And, of course, by the time I think of something…they’ve come back… :???:

  14. I’m with Marilyn. I wonder if all you folks with the exciting lives are like those boys who talk about all the girls they’ve been with… ’cause they’re such a stud. rofl. I bet you’re all there cleaning out the junk drawer, over at the store picking up toothpaste or (worse) watching some awful thing on daytime tv.

    Blogging when you’re alone is the best time. No one bothers you, you don’t have to re-write stuff ten times because while you’re trying to type up something either funny or profound, you notice that last sentence said, “Mom, I wanted to use the Wii and now she/he’s on it and it’s not fair and why should I have to unload the dishwasher anyway and oh yeah I’m supposed to bring $5.00 to school tomorrow…” and then you realize you can’t remember what you were supposed to be writing and have to start all over.

    But farting whenever you want to is kinda good too.

    @fracas - Silly Fracas. When you have the afternoon to yourself, according to my commenter’s, a person is supposed to masturbate naked while cleaning house and farting!
