Ideal vacation: Used to be a Windjammer cruise, but sadly the company is in limbo (thanks to the greedy stupid kids of the founder, pulling too much $$$ out for their own selfish purposes), so now it's Italy Italy Italy--went in February and LOVED it, can't wait to go back--and in the winter it's less crowded and you don't get too hot walking all over the place! They have a cushiony gel pad to make the blisters not so owie, you can use them on open blisters (or not open blisters), they are waterproof, and you can leave them on several days.
