No. Seriously. WTF?

I totally understand that puppies need to chew. I get that, I really do. I can also kinda see why they like to chew up dirty socks, and even though it totally skeeves me out, the panties that did not make it into the hamper when I tried to slam dunk (and failed) on the way to bed.

But for the love of God people, What kind of puppy eats an Iron?

  3. Chloe did that to my laptop plug when I first got her. Needless to say, I had to get a new plug for the laptop LOL Puppies will chew anything. A.N.Y.T.H.I.N.G.

  8. We had a dog who chewed a pressure treated picnic table, ate a AA battery, the wire brush used for cleaning the grill, oh and a glass Christmas ornament. We thought she had also eaten the remote control but found it 8 years later in the couch after we moved.

    Puppies LOVE electric wire for some reason, I have no idea why, but I have observed this in many dogs AND many of my rental houses) especially the newer the wire is. So I’m guessing, you don’t iron often.

    My cat likes to chew the cords to the Gamecube. Annoys the kids to no end because they didn’t put them away to begin with and then they have to save up allowance to buy new ones!

    @sodapop - I swear on all that is holy, if Smokey ate my laptop, I would eat her. With barbecue sauce and wee baby carrots. Maybe some buttery corn on the cob and strawberries over ice cream for dessert. Not that I have thought about it before.

    @Bucky - Puppy food? You mean there is food special for puppies? She told me she gets a portion of whatever we cook for supper. that lying BITCH!

    @Absurdist - With Hubs as part owner, I wouldn’t doubt that at all.

    @Jen - Cats like to sleep. And poop. and horf hairballs on my pillow. And eat dog food. Anything else is a myth.

    @blondefabulous - Actually, I use it mostly for when I sew, but the boys do each have a shirt that needs to be ironed before wearing. Thankfully, we rarely have a chance to dress up so I rarely have to do it!
