Anal Retentiveness*

With Logan’s fourth Birthday Fast approaching (Friday), tonight has been set aside as “Practice Cake Night” and will be followed tomorrow night with “Practice birthday Night”. And no, I don’t think it’s weird.

Just becuase I’ve never iced a cake like this in my life, and he has, doesn’t mean that my idea of sucking out clogs in the icing tips doesn’t have merit. Sanitation my ass! So, while I would like to have been able to show you the actual finished practice cake, at some point, under threat of bowls thrown at my head, I decided it would be best for me to leave him to his decorating.

And I still think that using the chainsaw to get the fucking cake out of the pan would have worked…

* I want to make it clear, all actions consider anal are solely my responsibility. I Hate, HATE being unprepared for anything, as such, I insisted on the Practice cake. Even though I will have nothing to do with the actual Making Of The Cake(s).

Pee ess; I will try to sneak a picture of the cake later….

  6. I don’t exactly know who the guy is in the pictures but I do know is a dead ringer for my brother. I had to go back and look several times to be sure. What gave it away? My brother has less hair and can’t wear his ear ring.. Air Force won’t let him.

    @what’s in a name - The proper answer to your question is this : it’s the same cake, but the one on the left has no icing hair.

    Instead I would rather take this time to perpetrate the myth that Mr.T’s alter ego was superman, NOT as so many foolish believe, Clark Kent.

    As for hubs and baking in his underwear, I will suggest it for when he makes the real cake. If I am lucky, he will “accidentally” get icing all over himself…

  18. @phinz - LOLZ They are a kind of super food coloring, so that you can get actual colors, not pastels. You can buy them in, uh, craft shops? I dunno. We got them at Michaels and I’ll never go back to regular food coloring!
