The Count Down Is ON!

WARNING! Pre-Summer time rambling ahead. Proceed with caution!

Blake has one more day of school left, Parker has three.

I. Can’t. WAIT!

On Blake’s last day of school, if you can count it as “school” he has “Family Picnic” and “Goodbyes” as the planned activities. Parker’s last days include such things as “Movie Day” , “Family Picnic”, “Class Auction” and “Goodbyes”

So basically, they are done school, but still have to attend.

I got some super excellent news today. I am going to be an Aunty again!! She is due on January first, but secretly I am hoping she will pop Christmas eve – that’s my other nieces birthday :o )

I am already planning on buying pink for the baby. The heartbeat was 179, which according to my three pregnancy’s, its a girl. My boys were all in the 130-145 range. Know any etsy stores that sell cute baby girl clothes, blankets etc? Please leave a link in comments, akismit will steal it, but I promise to rescue it!

I took better photos of my baby apples, they are in my facebook album. if you are on facebook and want to see them, pop me an email at bluepaintred at gmail dot com.

And really? Thats about it!

Have a great Day, I know I will!

[EDIT]

Sweet! I’m Guest posting over at robins. Wanna know the nitty gritty on my wedding night? Here’s your chance!

  2. “Family Picnic”. “Movie Day”, “Goodbyes”? WTH? When I was in school we had “Turn in your books and stare out the window for the rest of the damned day.” And that’s only if you were lucky enough to be in a class with a window.

  5. Congratulations!
We’re expecting our first great grandson to pop out any day now–the sooner the better, according to the mom! He already has two sisters and every night they say goodnight to him in mommy’s tummy . . . awwwwww

We had games day at the catholic school–got to wear civilian clothes instead of the uniforms!–and the nuns made lemonade for everyone and made sure we all got enough to drink.

Why are you excited that they are almost done with school? Can I send mine to you? They are already driving me crazy.

  7. @Sheila – I cannot wait! In fact, I am NOT waiting! LOL

@Bucky -did you have to walk uphill BOTH ways too?

@Christine A. – Really? I would think it would be annoying to have a holiday birthday. Or is that just for Christmas?

@Jen – It is very exciting!

@phinz – LOL @ catholic school games! You should let the older ones draw on mommys tummy (washable markers) my boys loved that!

@Shelli – Oh shelli! etsy is. uhm. well it’s ebay, but all hand made. From art and jewlery to dog shirts and baby blankets. Here is my very favorite etsy store :

As for the boys being done school, I hate the whole morning rush, I hate that they are away from me all day, hearing things I don’t hear, doing things I don’t see. I cant wait till they are home all summer!
