I had too much fun today. Too.Much. Fun. In fact, fun like this should be illegal!
______________________________________________________________
First I woke up at 8:14. IN THE MORNING. ON A WEEKEND. Gah!
Having no time to make coffee, we drove an hour north to my dad’s place. There was coffee there, which explains why the children are both alive AND smiling.
And Joey was there. He put the moves on me today. Yup. Told me I had the sexiest leg ever. He humped me into deciding to divorce my husband so we could be together.
While Joey and i were gettin busy, Dad and the boys were screwing with a different kind of wood.
Dogwood. heh. Kidding. We went to my dad’s place to build this dog house. Stuperman looks happy, doesn’t he?
Much.Better. Much much much much better.
We need to paint it, and shingle it, and put in the carpeting and the gas fireplace annnnd the big bay window, but it looks great, I think Smokey will love it!
After a nummy dinner of beer can chicken – there is no picture because I was too busy going NomNomNom, (there was cake too!) we all gathered round the fire;
Eating S’mores and playing Eye Spy. Hint: When playing eye Spy with a three year old, expect things like “I spy something that is green and it is the hulk” or “I spy a wood” and even “I spy a something brown and it is poop!!”
Like I said. Best.Day.Ever.

Awesome day you had, yes too much fun! Yummmmmm s’mores (or as a childhood friend’s mother used to call them “s’moray’s”–was she French or just aspiring to be?!)(could go either way; she DID wear matching shoes and handbags every day, unheard of in our small Ohio town) BUT SHE WAS NICE!!!!!!
Anyways, yeah, go for the new man in your life, he’s a cutie!
