We are SO gonna be rich! W00T

Hubs and I are seriously considering taking out vet to court.

Look at the adorability quotient of this puppy.

She is off the freaking charts! Be honest now. You are petting the screen aren’t you? She is Just.That.Cute!

So anyway.

Last night we dropped Smokey off at the vets. She was to be spayed this morning. They asked for our home phone number just in case there was an emergency. So at 9:18 the phone rang and I freaked out. Of course, It was the vet. Apparently Smokey had retained some of her baby teeth (her top two canines to be exact) and seeing as her adult teeth had already fully emerged, did we want the vet to take them out for us? I said yes.

So that was just after nine. I gave them an hour and then I called to check up on her. She was still asleep. I gave them another hour and called again to see what was happening. She was awake but very groggy. She’s good, the vet said, she’s a champ!

So I waited another hour and called again. She’s fine, they told me, but we have a lot of patients to see today, we’ll call you if anything changes.

So lets count. Use fingers if you have to. I talked to them at nine, ten, eleven and then again at 12. Each time I called, Smokey was doing fine.

Now, Fast forward four hours.  Hubs finally gets home after what seems like a bazillion hours at work. We hop in the car to go pick up our pup.

Fuckers. Do they think I am stupid or something? We took in a goddamn puppy and they gave us back a fucking lamp!

Yup. Definitely gonna see their asses in court!
