I saw that many of you left very nice comments wishing me and mine a very merry Christmas and I thank you for it.
I feel that our family had a wonderful Christmas, what with the brakes failing while I was driving with Stuperman - he learned a new four letter word, JUST in time For family get together’s! We had two kids too sick to give a damn about Teh Fat Dude and the resulting bounty under the tree, hmm, a Broken bone* and a massive case of hives rounded off this wonderful week!

I am extremely hopeful I will be able to get around to your blogs to comment..eventually. Things have to settle down at some point, Right?
* The bone in question may or may not be broken. We are waiting for the x-ray results. Also after reading the post, I felt I should point out the bone does not belong to me or mine of the immediate variety, Just a visiting niece. Still, four hours in the ER puts a damper on festivities, yaknow? :roll:
Christmas, despite the wonderful gifts and fattening food, is above all, about family. This explains why I was So damn Excited when My dad and Step mother - married for two years already - met me at the door with the news that they were finally going to give me a sibling!
In fact, My newest Sibling, Joey, was already there, waiting to meet me. (squeee!) I called Dibs on Joey for most of the day, cuddling him, playing with him, letting him teeth on my fingers - it was love at first sight I tell you! - as well it should be - Dad and MM had already told me he was their love child after all!

Sigh. Last week I gave the URL for Bluepaintred to the company PayU2Blog, but apparently I have wonderful and amazing stats here becuase they sent me a billion and eight assignments. I emailed them and told them I will complete the assignments as given, but after these seven Keyword links they have to take Bluepaintred out of the list. I do not mind the occasional PayPerPost on here becuase in order for me to take a post for BPR from PPP it has to pay pretty damn good, but I refuse to feel forced to post more than once a day, and having BPR signed up for PayU2Blog meant I would have to do that. Late last night I emailed the company about the assignments, it’s three days before Christmas, which is a busy time for normal everyday people, but for people who run businesses, trying to wrap up loose ends before the close of the year, I imagine it is 8 bazzillion times harder! And yet? This morning I had a sweetly worded email about my problem, and the assignments were taken out and given to other bloggers who need them. I have told a lot of you in private emails how I feel about PayU2Blog, but now it is time say it publically:
Of all the paid blogging companies I have tried, and there have been a lot, Payu2blog, by FAR is the best one. First of all - and most important, they treat us like people, individuals, we are not a random blog to them! In the forum, they are always there to talk with us, about problems in blogland or at home. They act like real people, not like some big far away company! They ask for so very little in ways of assignments, all you have to do is add a keyword - 99.9 percent of the time, the keywords given fit flawlessly into a blog post.
My only problem is that I thought I was ready to monitize BPR, my baby, and I am not. However. If I was told today, right now to pick ONE company and work ONLY for them, without hesitation, I would choose payu2blog. Honestly, look how fast they cleared up MY mistake? And so close to Christmas too!

- Does anyone know of a video hosting site that will host a three minute video that for some reason turned out to be 182 MB (191,522,898 bytes) in size? I’ve taped five and ten minute videos that are under 100 MB. I have no idea why this one is so big, but both YouTube and PhotoBucket have told me to fuck off.
- The electrical work to put wall sconces up is way way too much work - blame Teh Lazy, I do - does any one know where I can get them that plug in as opposed to having to be hardwired into the system?
- I have no idea if that last sentence made sense.
